LoopSlide Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 21, 2026

Overview

LoopSlide is a digital photo frame app for iPhone and iPad. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains what data LoopSlide accesses, how it's used, and your rights.

Data Collection

LoopSlide does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.

All data stays on your device. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Data Access

LoopSlide may request access to the following on-device resources:

NAS Credentials

If you connect to a NAS via WebDAV or SMB, your server address, username, and password are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. These credentials are never transmitted to any third party.

Third-Party Services

The only external service LoopSlide contacts is Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) for weather data, and only when you explicitly enable the weather display feature. Open-Meteo is a free, open-source weather API that does not require authentication. Please refer to Open-Meteo's terms for their privacy practices.

Data Storage

App settings (playback preferences, NAS configurations) are stored locally on your device using iOS Preferences. Cached media files are stored in the app's temporary cache directory and can be cleared at any time from the app settings.

Children's Privacy

LoopSlide does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not collect any personal data from any user.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
